Action for Karuna is back from 24 to 30 May !

Karuna-Shechen, an association founded by Matthieu Ricard, is launching the 4th edition of this movement of solidarity initiatives to support humanitarian projects in Nepal. Unleash your creativity and put your talents and passions to work for solidarity.

When altruists join forces, they can create a formidable power for good. […] Everyone can mobilize in their own way and cultivate an altruistic mindset to become a link in the immense chain of solidarity that transcends borders, caste, gender and religion.

Imagine your solidarity project and create your own fund

Action for Karuna is a project of solidarity initiatives which aims to :

  • To discover and share the principles of altruism with others.
  • To raise funds for an early childhood education project in Nepal.

Everyone can participate in his or her own way according to his or her creativity and talents : solidarity courses, student initiatives, sports challenges, team-building, events and celebrations of personal milestones. Everything is possible ! You can also implement your project with on-line participation depending on Covid related limitations for gathering of persons.

Take part in our week of solidarity workshops

Everyone can get involved! If you don’t have an idea for a solidarity project you can still take part in our solidarity week ! To give everyone the opportunity to discover new disciplines, Karuna is co-organising virtual solidarity events

We invite you to meet from 24 to 30 May to discover : the virtual exhibition of Matthieu Ricard, yoga with The Yoginist, meditation for children with the meditators from Émergences Éducation, or plant-based cooking with Spirulaire.
